Privacy notice

A plain-language explanation of what information this site collects and why.

What I collect

Service requests: your name, phone, email, preferred contact method, vehicle details, the work you need, where you'd like the work done (and your service address and ZIP code if I'm coming to you), work-area details, preferred dates and any photos you choose to upload.
Reviews: the name you choose to display, your rating and written review, and optionally an email or request reference that is kept private.
Contact messages: your name, the contact details you provide and your message.

To review your request, contact you about availability and pricing, plan the appointment at the agreed location and complete the job.
To keep basic records of the work I've done for you.
To check that reviews come from real customers and to keep spam off the site.

Your address is used only to plan and travel to your appointment. It is never shown on the website.
Photos you upload with a request are private and only visible to me. Location data embedded in photos is removed when they're uploaded.
Photos of my work posted in the Previous Work gallery are chosen to avoid faces, license plates and other private details unless I have permission.

Maintenance reminders and marketing messages each require their own separate, optional consent on the request form. You can get service without agreeing to either.
You can withdraw consent at any time by telling me by phone, text or email, and I'll update your record.

I don't sell your information. I don't share it except when needed to provide your service (for example, an email provider used to notify me of new requests) or when required by law.
Customer records are stored in a private database that only I can access after signing in. Payments and card details are not collected on this website.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by contacting me.
